President & Chairman of the Board

Prior to founding Mitgo Inc., James held various executive-level positions at leading Canadian transportation firms. Most recently, he was Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Sameday Worldwide where he achieved double digit sales growth within the first six months. Previously, he held the position of Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Apps Transport Group where he secured long term contracts with key accounts that secured 5% growth during the recession.

James has spent over 16 years in the transportation and logistics industry holding various positions in management. He has vast experience in all forms of transportation including Rail, Road, Air, and Ocean.

James holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Western Ontario, a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Maine, and an MBA from Athabasca University.

President & Chief Operating Officer

Matt joined Conair having spent 28 years as an instructor, check pilot, flying military and commercial air transport aircraft and in aerospace management.

He entered the RCAF in 1987 and was promoted to instructor pilot before transferring to Cold Lake to fly the CF18 as a combat ready element lead.

On completion of his Military career, Matt became a Transport Canada training and check captain on transport category aircraft and held leadership positions at a commercial airline.

In 2007, he became the VP Operations for an avionics company that developed solutions for making air transport safer and more efficient.

Board Member

George is currently a Principal and Rail Practice Leader at CPCS, an international consulting firm that specializes in servicing clients in the transport and power sectors. With CPCS, George has had the opportunity to gain significant global experience, having worked in Burundi, Jordan, Kenya, Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, Rwanda, Tanzania, Trinidad & Tobago, Uganda, and Zambia.

Prior to this position, George held various senior engineering roles during his nine year tenure at CN Rail. CN Rail operates Canada’s largest railroad and North America’s only transcontinental rail network.

George holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the Technical University of Nova Scotia as well as an MBA from McMaster University. He is currently based out of Toronto, Canada.

VP Legal Affairs

Brandon Boone has a Bachelor of Arts from York University's Glendon College and a Bachelor of Laws (now Juris Doctor) from York University’s Osgoode Hall Law School.

Boone is a long-standing partner of Daniel & Partners LLP, one of Niagara’s oldest and most respected law firms, serving personal, corporate, and municipal clients throughout Ontario. Boone has a broad legal background in the areas of Real Estate Law, Business Law, and Wills and Estates Law and is counsel to a number of businesses and not-for-profit and charitable organizations. He is based out of the Niagara Region, where he has served as a board member and president of the Niagara Falls Big Brothers Big Sisters Association, a board member and vice-president of the Niagara Falls Humane Society and a board member and secretary of the St. Catharines General Hospital Foundation, among other volunteer positions.

Boone has also been a lecturer for legal courses offered at Niagara College and regularly writes articles and gives lectures on subjects within his areas of expertise.
