James Mitton

President & Chairman of the Board

Prior to founding Mitgo Inc., James held various executive-level positions at leading Canadian transportation firms. Most recently, he was Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Sameday Worldwide where he achieved double digit sales growth within the first six months. Previously, he held the position of Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Apps Transport Group where he secured long term contracts with key accounts that secured 5% growth during the recession.

James has spent over 16 years in the transportation and logistics industry holding various positions in management. He has vast experience in all forms of transportation including Rail, Road, Air, and Ocean.

James holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Western Ontario, a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Maine, and an MBA from Athabasca University.

Matt Bradley

Board Member

Matt is currently the Vice President of Business Development for FLYHT Aerospace Solutions, an innovative global aviation satellite communications provider that is the first to offer "live black box" and real-time operational fuel management.

Prior to this position, from 2008 to 2010, Matt held the position of Vice President of Operations where he led several teams that successfully doubled the company’s revenues.

Prior to joining FLYHT, Matt spent 25 years in the commercial aviation industry holding various positions in management as a Captain and Check Pilot. He also served in the Canadian Air Force as a combat ready CF18 Fighter Pilot.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto and earned his Certified Executive Coach (CEC) designation from Royal Roads University in June 2011. He is currently based out of Calgary, Alberta.

George Kaulbeck

Board Member

George is currently a Principal and Rail Practice Leader at CPCS, an international consulting firm that specializes in servicing clients in the transport and power sectors. With CPCS, George has had the opportunity to gain significant global experience, having worked in Burundi, Jordan, Kenya, Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, Rwanda, Tanzania, Trinidad & Tobago, Uganda, and Zambia.

Prior to this position, George held various senior engineering roles during his nine year tenure at CN Rail. CN Rail operates Canada’s largest railroad and North America’s only transcontinental rail network.

George holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the Technical University of Nova Scotia as well as an MBA from McMaster University. He is currently based out of Toronto, Canada.

Brandon Boone

VP Legal Affairs

Brandon Boone has a Bachelor of Arts from York University's Glendon College and a Bachelor of Laws (now Juris Doctor) from York University’s Osgoode Hall Law School.

Boone is a long-standing partner of Daniel & Partners LLP, one of Niagara’s oldest and most respected law firms, serving personal, corporate, and municipal clients throughout Ontario. Boone has a broad legal background in the areas of Real Estate Law, Business Law, and Wills and Estates Law and is counsel to a number of businesses and not-for-profit and charitable organizations. He is based out of the Niagara Region, where he has served as a board member and president of the Niagara Falls Big Brothers Big Sisters Association, a board member and vice-president of the Niagara Falls Humane Society and a board member and secretary of the St. Catharines General Hospital Foundation, among other volunteer positions.

Boone has also been a lecturer for legal courses offered at Niagara College and regularly writes articles and gives lectures on subjects within his areas of expertise.
